A Torment of Hailfire Ramp deck. Any suggestion is appreciated. The basic idea is ramp into Torment of Hailfire or Cut / Ribbons. Ideally, you can also flip Primal Amulet   and double them. I added Sword-Point Diplomacy for a costly draw, and Duress to keep away the finisher from nasty counters. Chandra, Torch of Defiance is a very good card, but i don't know if it belongs in this deck.
