This is my version of budget storm, i haven't tested it so i dont know how it's going to perform but the idea here is to build a BUDGET deck so no Serum Visions. you can upgrade the deck however you like. Im a complete noob to magic so don't be angry if this deck can't win a grand prix, there is still some work to do in the manabase
