Seems like when people build Wizard Tribal, they try to approach it from a mono-red perspective. While there's nothing wrong with building off of the best deck in the format, I'm more familiar with the spicy mono-blue lists. Adeliz was meant to be a replacement for Tempest Djinn. As it stands, though, she feels a bit out of place- There are only 10 cards that trigger her without shooting yourself in the foot.
Switched from Tempo to Midrange. I guess that's what happens when you cut bounce spells for burn.
