This deck is a work in progress. In essence, the goal is to cast a Quest for Ula's Temple and get it to 3 counters as quickly as possible so you can play your massive creatures for free!

Stormtide Leviathan helps control your opponent's board by either preventing them from attacking, or by returning creatures to their hand. Inkwell Leviathan has the added bonus of shroud, making it difficult for your opponent to get rid of it. Grozoth keeps the the deck running, letting me search up most of my other leviathans when he hits to field so I never miss a creature drop (like a land drop but with a creature)

Fog Bank is the main defense, being able to block most creatures without taking a single scratch. Omenspeaker and Augury Owl let you filter through your deck while also providing another body on the field that can be used to block with until the leviathans and krakens show up.

Tezzeret's Gambit and Opt provide more card draw, making Quest for Ula's Temple a more consistent play and increasing the chances of drawing your sea creatures. Mage-Ring Network is an alternate way to play some of your sea creatures if your opponent removes Quest for Ula's Temple or you just can't seem to get enough counters on it.

Lastly is Kiora, Master of the Depths and Kiora, the Crashing Wave. These two provide an alternate win-con. Kiora, Master of the Depths' emblem gives you 3 8/8 octopus and let's every creature you play fight one of your opponent's creatures, while Kiora, the Crashing Wave's emblem gives even bigger 9/9 krakens on each of your end steps.

I'm currently play-testing Dizzy Spell as a way to tutor up Quest for Ula's Temple. I have also decided that a smaller variety of sea creatures is better so the deck is more consistent. At this point I'm not sure if I can still label this deck as budget lol.
