Been brewing Thing in the Ice   since it came out. I have a simic version of this deck but when Heartless Act dropped in the last set it was finally time to add B which gave access to a lot more horrors. Were trying to flip as soon as possible then beat down with our remaining horrors. This is definitely a budget build. I have most of the UG cards already trying to spend less than 30$ on the new cards. Didn’t want to add Spellskite but they seem pretty essential. Went with abrubt decay over Assassin's Trophy for budget reasons.
