Semi-typical Locust god build. Control based blue, heavy draw with wheels and a couple mean combos. I mainly built it as a deck to gauge others power levels when entering a new meta. It can be nice, allowing others to draw while only handling threats as they pose immediate danger. Or it can also be every very mean locking players down and answering their threats before they become a problem. I feel like it plays well so far but def needs some tuning to function how I want it to.

My goal for this deck in a mission statement: SLIDING POWER LEVEL MASKED IN A SWARM OF LOCUST

I may incorperate switching out the commander on the fly as well to further this idea.
