Sideboard

After some searching through all the value and some critical thinking, multiple color combinations and tons of play testing, I found what I think is a pretty solid Pod on a stick deck. Sultai Pod. Temur was probably my favorite, but it lacked interaction with my opponent’s deck and had little to no health gain. Bant was pretty rad, but I just felt like something was missing.

Sultai just seems right. All three colors have something to offer and I feel like it just works. Plenty of ramp, answers and recursion.

Even if for some reason you can’t either get a Prime Speaker to stick or unable to draw her, I feel like the deck can really manage without her. The deck can grind and if you can get all the main pieces out, it’s unstoppable. Adding black was the right choice.

As for the sideboard, that’s always an ever changing zone. It really depends on the meta of where you’re playing. And to be honest, I’m not even sure if I’m 100% sold on what I’ve chosen.

Let me know what you think and if there’s anything you’d recommend.
