Mono blue devotion for 2020. Cheap creatures with as many blue pips as possible to fix/draw cards, Thassa to flicker Oracle and Apprentice, Altar and Lotus to ramp, with Kiora to untap them both. Once you start making a ton of mana off of Kiora/Lotus, dump it all into Gadwicks or Sailor to draw cards, or Thassa to remove blockers. Jace is here to add more devotion, draw more cards and possibly make Oracles alt-wincon easier.
