Sideboard

Zombie/shapeshifter tribal.

Go wide with zombies, Abuse changeling cards to play untapped Wanderwine Hub and Secluded Glen, Discard Haakon to Cryptbreaker, Rotting Rats or Collective Brutality, dredge or discard shapeshifter instants into the grave, play infinite shapeshifter instants and phyrexian crusaders from the grave, top off with bigass Diregraf Colossus counting all the shapeshifter spells as zombie cards.

Note that this deck can be played mostly from both the graveyard and the hand, our answer to graveyard hate like resting peace etc. is to transition into playing from the hand and ignore the graveyard.

Phyrexian Crusader is part alternate wincon against lifegain, part maindeck color hate and part recursive blocker. Note that the combination of infect and first strike allows blocking creatures that are bigger without dying since the -1 -1 counters are applied in the first strike damage step. So if combined with Wings of velis vel to make him 4/4 for example you can block a 7/7 creature without dying, this is also very effective against trample and deathtouch as it often knocks the power down to where those abilities become irrelevant.

You can chain Wings of velis vel and Nameless inversion on your own dudes to make a 7/1 flier, but this turns off bonuses from your lords as that creature is no longer a zombie.

The remove/add creature types on Wings and Inversion is usually not relevant, but sometimes it is. For example Nameless inversion will kill most elves and other tribal creatures even if there are lords making them big. It can also sometimes shut off a nasty tribal effect like stormbreath dragon etc. Conversely Wings of velis vel can sometimes save a creature from certain spells or make it benefit from other tribal decks bonus effects.

Darkblast can be cast in your upkeep, dredged in draw phase and recast to kill a creature with 2 toughness.

Casting any changeling instant with a Diregraf in play makes zombies and so are a good response to sacrifice effects of just using up unspent mana in opponents end step.

Cryptbreakers card draw ability is awesome, use it.

Haakon is a key creature, but it's usually ok if he dies as long as he goes to the grave. Consider killing him with nameless inversion as a response to exile effects so you can recast him.

Sequenceing your land drops so that you can play the tribal lands untapped is really important to keep the pace up during firts 4 turns.

There's a lot more going on with these interactions, so practice makes a big difference with this deck.
