Slightly original delver fiend deck.
I totally revamped the deck erasing the overlong description.
Basically try to kill your opponent with an unblockable Elusive Spellfist, Kiln Fiend or Nivix Cyclops. Try to flip Delver of Secrets
to pressure the opponent asap thanks to all the library manipulation spells.
There is of course room for testing and improvement. This is not exactly the canon archetype version of Delver Fiend, as it carries Elusive Spellfist and lacks Lightning Bolt, but it has a lot of cheap spells which can voltron the pumpable creatures paying life instead of mana. Reckless Charge is usually badly rated, but haste is a very important thing, and Pauper is a very fast format.The single Forest and the 4x+1 Evolving Wilds are there to sideboard aura-hate (
Serene Heart
or Naturalize). I don't want to go below 18 lands despite having 14-15 cantrips and 13-14 creatures.

Sideboarding:
Curfew
against Infect and Aura Hexproof;
Smash to Smithereens
and Gorilla Shaman against artifacts;
Gut Shot
for the mirror;
Serene Heart
against auras; Electrickery against tokens or goblins, or mana dorks...
Pyroblast is generic sideboarding but there's almost no blue in my local meta, so I would replace them with 2x Fog... Mainboard and extra Dispel are to counter removal or fogs...
