Esentially the goal is to get the following early game combo:
Your turn 1:
Play Quest for the Gravelord
Op turn 1:
Hope he plays a creature.
Your turn 2:
Play Carrier Thrall
Op turn 2:
Hope he plays a creature.
Your turn 3:
(Hopefully your oponent has played at least one creature)
Attack with Carrier Thrall (Op probably not gonna block since your quest is active).
In the scond main phase drop Smallpox (this will slow down you Op). Sac your Carrier Thrall. This will give you a Eldrazi Scion Token, which can be sacreficed, giving you another mana.
This will leave you with 3 creatures dead in this turn, putting 3 counters onto Quest for the Gravelord. Sac it. You summon a 5/5 Zombie.
Your opponend will likely be left with close to no board, 2 mana (since one has to be sac'ed) one less card.

Repeat this 4 mana combo:
Bone Splinters
+
Carrier Thrall
+
Quest for the Gravelord
-> If your opponent controls a creature, destroy it. You summon a 5/5 token zombie and gain a non-colored mana.
Weakness:
- any form of counter spell
- your opponent controls no creature/one that is not sacrifiable
Repeat this 5 mana combo:
Carrier Thrall + Quest for the Gravelord + Smallpox
-> If your opponent controls a creature, he (prob) has to sac it. Both players discard a card. Both players sac a land. You summon a 5/5 token zombie and gain a non-colored mana.

Much needed feedback as of the rest for the deck is pretty much consisting of what i already have (therefore, it has a lot of room for improvement).
