This is my variation of Turbo Fog for Modern. I am wanting to find ways to make it competitive to use in tournaments. I am looking for suggestions for ways to make it better, I am not sure of what creatures if any I want to use for the deck Idea. The win conditions for the Deck are mainly Luminarch Ascension, and then using the massive amount of draws that are happening each turn along with Jace Beleren to keep either Milling, or drawing. Fog and Holy Day are there to keep a consistent control over the enemy and the damage they deal along with Riot Control. Any suggestions would be great!

Edit: Changed the base win condition to Sphinx's Tutelage for an alternate mill win condition. With this idea, using the Howling Mine and Temple Bell, along with Jace Beleren and Consecrated Sphinx To force draw multiple cards a turn causing them to mill out while I protect myself.
