I'm working on a budget storm deck. I've tried to make it mono red just to help with cost, even though adding blue makes the storm turn easier.

The goal of the deck is to loot, loot, and loot until we can find and cast our Past in Flames. Once that resolves, we normally have looted a lot of cards to the graveyard that can be used to make mana and loot more until we have a storm count high enough to Grapeshot.
