This deck is ranked number 7 out of all my decks so far.

Introduction:

I bought the Arcane Maelstrom precon and tried all 3 commander options and really liked Xyris so I'm upgrading the precon with him as the commander. Deck is designed to wheel and make tokens. I have multiple different ways to win so the deck has played out differently every time. It's been a ton of fun to play so far and I plan on upgrading it further as I keep playing it. Favorite play so far is when I cast Reforge the Soul for it's miracle cost and drew into Chord of Calling. Then I used 8 of the 14 tokens I created to cast Chord of Calling for 8 getting Craterhoof Behemoth and winning on the spot.

The Gameplan:

The whole goal of this deck is to get your opponents to draw as many cards as possible. Them drawing cards gives you snake tokens. Once you build up your army, you use cards like Champion of Lambholt and Craterhoof Behemoth to win. Alternatively, you can use Purphoros, God of the Forge to kill your opponents with the snake tokens entering the battlefield.
