The combo that I wanted to experiment with to make a deck for the newly released ogw standard was Drana, Liberator of Malakir and Captain's Claws I wanted to make this an equipment deck that also featured Weapons Trainer

Stoneforge Masterwork is amazing in this deck as it is an artifact triggering the trainer as well as the fact that all the creatures in this deck share a creature type with each other.

Stoneforge Acolyte offers us a way to search our deck for an artifact.

Stone Haven Outfitter is a way to use the artifacts to our greatest abuse.

Firemantle Mage helps us win the race against other aggro decks and just seemed to be the best 3 drop for the situation other than Drana.

Kalastria Healer is something I am debating whether to change to a Zulaport Cutthroat. I just feel like since our creatures are getting pumps they won't be going to the graveyard that often.

Oath of Gideon gives us 2 ally tokens, allowing us to go more horizontal, as well as fuels Gideon, Ally of Zendikar which is a must have in this deck.

The Sideboard is basically just a lot of removal which the main deck lacks, as well as Duress to hurt control decks.

We can use Make a Stand to suddenly beat aggro decks in a race, or to stop a board wipe.

Ruinous Path gives us some game against plainswalkers.

Virulent Plague is for token heavy decks.

The mana base is what I'm experimenting with. I don't want to add too many crazy fetch lands that will break the budget.
