Ad Nauseam Modern deck. Goal is the same as usual, resolve an Angel's Grace, then Ad Nauseam to effectively draw your entire deck, then use one of your win cons. Either cast Laboratory Maniac and then Serum Visions, or just cast Lightning Storm.

It may seem obvious, but with Lighting Storm the goal is to put as close to lethal as possible on it, holding back 3-5 land, depending on your opponent's hand size. It is important to assume they have a full hand of land, and will use it all to deflect the spell back.

Pact of Negation allows you to stop any counter spell's that get thrown your way.

Many similar decks I have seen run 4x Phyrexian Unlife, but with the release of Solemnitiy, I have put in 2 of each. It costs the same, and having both out is another way to be sure you wont die to Ad Nauseam damage, as you cant gain poison counters. Game one this helps a lot as well because aggro strategies may not have enchantment removal, and then wont be able to kill you with damage.

Laboratory Maniac is a good win-con against people who sideboard into Leyline of Sanctity in order to stop your Lightning Storm. It therefore may be good to use the Lighting Storm win game 1, and keep the Maniac hidden.

Simian Spirit Guide is only in the deck to generate red mana for Lighting Storm and should not be played unless absolutely needed.
