Really simple deck really cost effective! Both mana for win condition progress and actual cost. 20 dollars on the mid and this is winning games. Im just going to put a bunch of aggresively costed creatures with evasion, splash Rapid Hybridization, Hour of Need and youve got a thing going.

A good start would be assuming land drop each turn T1 Cloudfin Raptor, T2 Triton Shorestalker, faerie imposer returning triton leaving Cloudfin Raptor swinging for 2, T3 Triton Shorestalker swing 4 pass turn eot Quickling returning shorestalker. or just pass turn and Hour of Need to block their attack T4 swing 7 second main play Triton Shorestalker then Illusory Angel threatening leathal across 5 creatures
