This is a deck I came up with after I opened and went undefeated with Urza, Lord High Artificer at Modern Horizons sealed.

Basically the first few turns are setting up some rocks and ramping into Tezzeret, Master of the Bridge , our Oathbreaker, then with the power of Bolas's Citadel , Urza, and Paradox Engine alongside Thoughtcast as our signature spell, we should be able to play many many artifacts. When that's donne, or you feel you have the win, +1 Tezzeret, and use Bolas's Citadel's activated ability to finish everyone off.
