Essentially, it's an all-in mill or die trying strategy. Path to Exile and Ghost Quarter thin out opponent land count to increase effectivity of Mind Funeral and open up additional opportunities for Archive Trap. Phantasm and Angler sit in the sideboard for strategies that plow through the near creatureless deck in Game 1 (Angler can hit the board as early as turn 2 with a fetch and self target on Tome Scour).
