I have been working on this Super-friends Atraxa since 2018. This deck is meant to be a tier below cEDH. This description is in progress and plans to be a comprehensive guide of my knowledge to the deck.

Intro

As mentioned this is not 'cEDH.' It is not a deck that intends to win by turn 4. However, this deck is intended to be as fast as possible while playing high CMC Planeswalker threats. This deck gets overwhelming fast but can bog down with Planeswalker activations if you aren't drawing the right pieces.

The deck plays as a board control with pillow fort to making attacking you or "Planeswalkers you control!" less than idle. The planeswalker suite is very strong and can deal with most threats. You also run the some of the best removal in the game!

In my experience, in a 4 player pod, you will be the target. You will need to mitigate damage. Sometimes it's best to just let your planeswalker die!

Win Cons

Almost every Planeswalker Ultimate is a win con or at the very least, a major tempo swing. Controlling the game with planeswalkers is your game plan. Additionally, you can squeak wins with Atraxa, Praetors' Voice herself.

Deepglow Skate/Doubling Season: Doubles your loyalty counters and makes it possible to ultimate a planeswalker the same turn they are played. Doubling Season does not affect loyalty counters costs (+1 or -1). Additionally, Doubling Season does effect tokens entering the battlefield from planewalkers or Bitterblossom, creating an additional token.

Primevals' Glorious Rebirth: Second of three recursion cards. Possible blow out when you return all planeswalkers to the field.

Deploy the Gatewatch: If this hits, you can pull way out in the game. Possible cut.

Alternate Win Con: Jace, Wielder of Mysteries: Offers utility even without Tainted Pact.

Tainted Pact: Pseudo tutor but with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries on the field you win.

Creatures

This list was originally a creature-less deck. However, these creatures provided too much functionality to ignore!

Arena Rector: Deters attackers due to the tutoring effect.

Crystalline Crawler: Solid mana ramp that has synergy with Atraxa. Possible cut.

Deepglow Skate: Possible Win Con. Can blink if you play effects.

Eternal Witness: One of three recursion cards in the deck. ETB could be relevant if you play blink effects.

Evolution Sage: Landfall proliferate! Cheapest and most effective way to proliferate.

Spark Double: Niche utility card. Possible cut.

Peacekeeper/Spike Weaver: Strong pillow fort cards. Protects walkers with ease.

Card Selections

Inexorable Tide,Contagion Engine were slow in testing. It never felt good to draw Engine for removal or proliferate. Tide was faster but still had to play a card to benefit; would probably work better with more cantrips.

Karn's Bastion has been sneaky good. Same effect as Engine but free to play and harder to remove. Feels real good with Evolution Sage on the field.

Budget Build

For a budget build, the expensive artifacts can be replaced by Land ramp: Farseek, Cultivate, Kodama's Reach. The dual lands can be replaced with the Battlebond Lands: Sea of Clouds, Morphic Pool, etc. And the Fecthlands can be slightly replaced by the newer Basic Land fetches (Fabled Passage, Prismatic Vista) and adding some Snow Lands.
