This is my first take at a Jhoira, Weatherlight Captain deck.

Few different win conditions that all synergize with each other:

Words of Wind plus one of the various mana rocks in the deck to generate infinite mana and/or lock down your opponent permanently.

Reckless Fireweaver to utilize the various recursion and self-bounce effects to end the game in a turn

Sharding Sphinx and/or Brudiclad, Telchor Engineer to generate lots of artifact creature tokens (usually thopters) to beat your opponents to death, particularly with the various artifact creature buffers in the deck.

Comet Storm for when you have a ton of mana available to just end the game by dealing a massive amount of direct damage

Aetherflux Reservoir again for when you're storming off with a bunch of cheap artifacts or Words of Wind or a discounted Spine of Ish Sah and Krark-Clan Ironworks

The deck is loaded with mana discounters and mana rocks to help to make an explosive turn when Jhoira comes down. The moment you start drawing cards with Jhoira, she will generate a lot of hate, so you need to have the biggest explosive turn possible. Ideally to set up a combo to allow you to win either on that turn, or on the next one. We're also trying to get a Padeem, Consul of Innovation , Mycosynth Lattice , and a Darksteel Forge to make it exceedingly difficult to shut us down

If we get shut down, we have a significant number of recursive effects to try and reset us. Drafna's Restoration , if arranged correctly, can get us back to fighting fit the next (or same) turn that it's played.

Still have to do some testing on it, but I'm liking the look of it,because you can get a critical mass of discounts to cast artifacts and move through your deck.
