Essentially get Mindcrank and Duskmantle Guildmage down and use literally any of the instants or Ghost Quarter or even your unblockable Dimir Infiltrator to trigger the combo (once Duskmantle Guildmage 's ability is paid for that is). Even if they try to Lightning Bolt your Duskmantle Guildmage you can just pay the 3 mana for her ability and they start the insta-lose mill combo. You can transmute for your combo pieces with Muddle the Mixture and Dimir Infiltrator pretty easily, so no big losses there. Spell Pierce acts as a combo starter as well as just being a good spell to run in general. You could probably sub out Cast Down for some more efficient creature destruction, but I frankly don't have the money, and the chance of them running any of the 3 creatures is pretty low. Keep some back-ups on the sideboard just in case though. Runechanter's Pike acts as a nice alternate win condition since we can also transmute for our Dimir Infiltrator
