The Locust God is a LOT of fun, there's a good bounch of ways to win with this deck, doing massive direct damage or indirect damage to everyone, milling really fast your opponents or interacting with the board!, this deck is in building process and this are the cards i already own, and i wish i could have some others like Wheel of Fortune or a Force of Will to add, but those, eventually are going to be added to my deck.

This Combos Works very well as finishers with Impact Tremors , Purphoros, God of the Forge or Psychosis Crawler (this being especially good against Gisela, Blade of Goldnight ) dealing direct or indirect damage, also getting a lot of value of Psychic Corrosion and Laboratory Maniac as WinCons without damage. Everything get twice as good with Alhammarret's Archive , getting twice the cards and getting double the effects of every combo piece.
- Phyrexian Altar + Skullclamp : With Locust ingame and 2 insects, sac 1 Insect to Ashnod's Altar generates 1x or 1x, then equip the other insect and will die drawing 2 cards, generating 2 new insects.
- Ashnod's Altar + Skullclamp : With Locust ingame and 2 insects, sac 1 Insect to Ashnod's Altar generates , then equip the other insect and will die drawing 2 cards, generating 2 insects and in your mana pool.
- Coastal Piracy or Bident of Thassa + Breath of Fury : With Locust ingame and at least 2 insects, enchant the aura in an insect, then attack with Locust and the Insect, you will draw 2 cards generating 2 insects, sac the enchanted insect to the aura then attach it to another insect and repeat.
- Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind or Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity or Ophidian Eye : Any instance of drawing a card will trigger the effect from any Niv-Mizzet, dealing damage to any target, that will trigger the Aura effect drawing in a loop for any amount of damage.
- Kindred Discovery + Laboratory Maniac : Having The Locust God in game and the Laboratory Maniac , at the moment you play the enchantment saying Insect as choosed creature type, you just need to draw 1 card to get an infinite Loop, drawing cards from your deck indefinitely until your last card, winning the game.
- Alhammarret's Archive + Teferi's Puzzle Box or Mindmoil : This artifact works very well with constant effects of Drawing cards (Teferi's or Mindmoil), you can basically cycle your hand into your deck everytime you play a spell or cycle everybody hands, sometimes it could be too risky to give new opportunities to your opponents so always depends of your playstyle, so both of the effects could be good or bad, but always will be much better for your hand.
- Alhammarret's Archive + Ashnod's Altar or Phyrexian Altar + Pull from Tomorrow or Stroke of Genius : With the commander in game, this can be game ending, those are a lot of pieces but have a huge sinergy in between them!, locust will create twice the insects with any of those spells meaning you will have a lot of much more mana avaliable as soon you play this cards.
