Mill budget deck, things I have lying around or that I can cheaply find or trade for.

Six of the current cards are legal generals for this deck.

I tend to use Lazav, Dimir Mastermind and Wrexial the most. Phenax, God of Decption works great for the main win condition as its ability can be activated at the end of an enemy's turn. Mirko Vosk, Mind Drinker, Oona, Queen of the Fae are there too, along with Dragonlord Silumgar.

My main goal is to grind down the opposition until it can't draw anymore, so most cards are about either that or delaying and surviving until that happens, while some are just there to take advantage of the often nice selection of cards that end up in graveyards.
