This deck is very straightforward.

Guttersnipe, Thermo-Alchemist, and Chandra's Spitfire all do damage based upon how many instants and sorceries you can cast each turn.

Quest for Pure Flame is a great finisher because it doubles your damage just as your about to run out of steam so it really seals the deal right when you need it to.

Fireblast is also a finisher. It's "free" to cast so if it's in hand when Quest for Pure Flame goes off then you've got a guaranteed 8 damage right there.

Everything else is pretty self explanatory. Unfortunately I can't include any of the staple burn cards so I tried to get a nice mix of 1 and 2 drop burn spells that were fairly cheap but at least have a little versatility. Burst Lightning can be a late game finisher if you pay it's kicker, Thunderbolt can clear the way for your Chandra's Spitfire , etc.
