Mill is the main idea, but with the countering and other things going on, it should be controlling enough to hurt your opponent. I need help both with sideboard and with getting this down to 50 cards. I would love to find a way to more easily make my creatures unblockable plus have damage cause opponent to mill. Any recommendations are welcome :)

Declaration of Naught should be in any blue commander or tiny leaders deck... it's just mean lol.
