This deck has some intricacies, but overall, it follows a few simple concepts:

Use Rashmi, Eternities Crafter to cast free big spells. The idea is to use scrying with cards like Crystal Ball, Prognostic Sphinx, and Halimar Depths to stack the top cards of your deck. This is important, because it gives you a greater ability to ensure that the next spell you cast will be a greater CMC than the top card of your library, so Rashmi, Eternities Crafter will cast it for free.

While they don't always let you rearrange the cards on top of your deck, cards like Lantern of Insight, Courser of Kruphix, and Sphinx of Jwar Isle let you check the CMC of the next card so you know which cards will trigger a free cast from Rashmi, Eternities Crafter.

Another strategy in this deck is giving your cards flash with cards like Vedalken Orrery, Yeva, Nature's Herald and Alchemist's Refuge. This is important because Rashmi, Eternities Crafter's ability says "first spell each turn", meaning the first spell cast on opponents' turns will count as your first spell that turn, giving you extra triggers for Rashmi, Eternities Crafter's ability.

Other than that, the deck is pretty self-explanatory, just stack the top card of your deck so that you can cast big spells, and try to get other big spells for free. At best, you can combo off, gaining extra turns and filling your board, and at worst, Rashmi, Eternities Crafter will just act as a decent draw engine.
