Red/Green Seismic Assault/Life from the Loam system with Young Pyromancer/Bedlam Reveler package
The point of the deck is to utilize the engine of Life from the Loam with cards that like to discard lands (Seismic Assault, Conflagrate, Magmatic Insight, Flame Jab). Faithless Looting, Magmatic Insight, and Bedlam Reveler help you draw into your key pieces.
This deck wants a Life from the Loam every game, but once you have either of the engines (Seismic Assault or Young Pyro/Jab), you should usually be golden.
The deck is deceptively fast once the engine gets going, and you can find yourself shooting your opponents down very rapidly with Seismic Assault in particular. Conflagrate can also get to some insane burnouts with multiple Loams.
The Bedlam Revelers and Young Pyromancers give you the option to use Flame Jab, Assault, and Conflagrate for board control, giving you a way to tempo people out.
Raging Ravines are there should an opponent remove the rest of your threats somehow. Ghost Quarter combined with Life from the Loam is strong against decks like Tron and Amulet Bloom, but can also lock opponents out of mana in a longer game. Sheltered Thicket is a way to rebuy Loam at instant-speed. Haunted Fengraf gives you the option to recur Reveler and Pyromancer in grindy games.
Ancient Grudges are for artifacts obviously. Anger of the Gods for creature decks like Zoo, Merfolk, & Elves. Dismember is removal that is not damage-based. Back to Nature is for Leyline of Sanctity, Suppression Field, Rest in Peace and the like. Golgari Brownscales are for decks trying to race or burn you out.
