Artifact (1)

Hi! This is my Whisper, blood liturgist deck! It's main plan is to reanimate our big creatures and chain reanimations with Whisper to swing for the win, drain our opponents to death, or pull out our combo!

First off, there is card:Perpetual timepice. It may look a bit uninteresting, but if you play it on turn 2, it can mill you enough so when you play whisper you can actually recur something. Dakmor Salvage have dredge, so when you do not need to draw, you may as well dredge something into your graveyard. card:Midrwrack harpy mills 3 every turn, but not just you, so you may take advantage of reanimation spells that target not only your graveyard, like Animate Dead. Entomb Buried Alive and Corpse Connoisseur can simply tutor cards into your graveyard so you can early reanimate your best bombs. There are also cards like Zombie Infestation, Putrid Imp and my favorite, Mindslicer, which let you discard cards that you can't cast but can recur. Infestation provides us with zombies so you have fuel for Whisper, Cryptbreaker can draw you some cards and Mindslicer can make your opponets minds go sliced (pun intended), as they cards go away.
So, after you milled, discarded or tutored your best creatures into graveyard, it's time to make them do your bidding! Otside of our commander we have: Victimize, Reanimate, Dance of the Dead, Sheoldred, Whispering One, Sepulchral Primordial and Phyrexian Delver. The last two are particularly good, since you can chain reanimations with them, and you have a lot of good targets to reanimate in this deck.
As a deck with a)graveyard as our hand, and b)deck with a lot of powerful creatures, whe need a way to protect both of them. For protecting our important cards in graveyard from effects like Bojuka Bog, the best card is our old friend, card:Perpetual timepice. We can exile it at instant speed to shuffle our graveyard into deck. It may be a setback, but exiling all of our biggest creatures can game ending for us. The other way si to reanimate things that we don't want to be gone. Whisper can do this, but sadly at cost of 2 creatures that will be exiled instead of one. The other ways to reanimate are sadly only at sorcery speed. That's why we have Emergence Zone, and Vedalken Orrery so we can react at instant speed. As for protecting our creatures on the board we have Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves for targeted removal, Mikaeus, the Unhallowed which gives undying to almost everything we have, Imp's Mischief and Withering Boon to mess with spells and also a bunch of sac outlets in case our studd would be stolen or exiled.
In case we can't drain our opponents with bug creatures or drain them out, there is also this one combo with our commander and Thornbite Staff. Staff makes so if Whisper is equipped with it, she untaps whenever a creature dies. That means that if we have a creature, that when enters the battlefield makes another body, or if Whisper is also equipped with Illusionist's Bracers we can infinitly sacrefice and reanimate creatures. That means infinite Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, or just infinite amount of Gray Merchant of Asphodel ETB and Kokusho, the Evening Star LTB.
