Basically downgraded cheap living end. Steps:
(1) Cycle creatures to gather combo pieces and put creatures in graveyard (2) Use Command the Dreadhorde (with either consulate surveillance on the field or intervention pact in hand) (3) Prevent all the damage from Command the Dreadhorde with surveillance or pact. (and gain a ton of life if you use pact) (4) swing for a bunch of damage and win
