Modified a deck I found here.

T1 Mountain, Orcish Lumberjack

T2 Forest, Tinder Wall , then Faithless Looting discarding Dragon Breath.

T3 Land, Tap all lands for 3 mana, use Orcish Lumberjack to sacrifice a Forest gaining 3 mana, sacrifice Tinder Wall to get 2 more mana. Remove either Elvish Spirit Guide or Simian Spirit Guide from your hand adding another 1 mana, giving us a total of 9.

Play Savage Ventmaw, Dragon Breath attaches to it from the graveyard, giving it haste and fire breathing. Drop Aggravated Assault, swing in for 4, Ventmaw triggers adding 6 mana. Activate Aggravated Assault for 5, use the leftover R to give Ventmaw +1/+0 with Dragon Breath. Rinse and repeat.

To round it out, include some Commune with the Gods and Manamorphose, letting us draw and dig for combo pieces.
