Here's my take on Feather.

A good amount of the targeted cantrips to fill your hand, a few ramp combos because we're in the best colors for ramping, and some out-of-place Angels?

Some of the shenanigans here:
- Obviously anything that says "target creature" and "draw a card" can draw on every turn. So there's Reliquary Tower and Thought Vessel . I didn't feel like Spellbook was worth a slot.
- Flicker spells are great for dodging spot removal, but also stupid with Solemn Simulacrum or Kor Cartographer .
- Path to Exile might look like premium removal, but here it's premium ramp. With some of the token producers, you can just target one of your own tokens EVERY TURN to ramp like a madman.
- Zada, Hedron Grinder and Mirrorwing Dragon do what they do best. Draw 1 every turn? how about draw 5+

There's a small voltron package because that seems like the win-con. I tried to add some Angel synergy but I don't know how well that fits.
