This is a deck I took to a 2nd place finish at a PTQ back in 2009. It was standard at the time but I think it could hold its own in modern with some minor tweaking... At least budget or casual modern. To update the deck I'd take out the Harm's Way and Martial Coups in lieu of 2 Goldmeadow Stalwart, 1 Cloudgoat Ranger and 2 Dusk/Dawn. I'd also completely overhaul the patchworked board to the tune of 2 Ethersworn Canonist, 4 Kor Firewalker, 2 Stony Silence, 2 Relic of Progenitus, 3 Damping Sphere and 2 Pithing Needle.

Funny story, initially I was going to play BR Aggro but I did an audible 15 minutes before the tournament and threw this mess together from cards I hastily pulled out from mine and my friends' backpacks. Turns out I was a stable genius for doing so.
