Inspired by LANDNING BOLT

I really enjoyed the idea, my playgroup is fairly casual and I thought they would get a kick out of an idea like this. However the price-tag on some of the inclusions for a deck that simply doesn't perform optimally were far too high. So I started to budget down the lands and included some cards from newer sets as well as some non-lands for a higher win chance while keeping the main win conditions and theme in place.

I am still trying to budget down the deck further and would appreciate suggestions! thanks!
