Budget deck focusing on getting the most out of counters. I intend to add cards of several categories:

• Low stat evolve creatures (cloudfin raptor, elusive krasis)
• Decent stat creatures that will trigger evolve (crowned ceratok, adaptive snapjaw, strangleroot geist)
• Cards that benefit from having more counters (armorcraft judge, tuskgard captain)

Bioshift and give/take really help getting the counters in the right places.

Notably missing from this list is hardened scales. It's just out of budget.
