Budget slivers. Trying for less than 5 bucks online. Needs a bunch of sideboard work. Suggestions of further ways to improve the deck would be appreciated. Without the playset of Lightning Bolt the deck will cost you about a buck right now, but that doesn't include a sideboard at all. If you want to spend about 3 Tix you can make it naya (and much better). For roughly 5-6 event tickets total you can add a couple of Sliver Hives and have a surprisingly competitive modern deck for the price of a couple boosters!
