The first deck I have really made.

this EDH deck revolves around card draw and lots of mana ramp to either swarm your opponents with creatures or use alternate win conditions such as Jace and second sun which should come up quick with card draw.

I just want suggestions on what I should put in and remove to make the deck better although I am trying to keep it from costing WAY to much.
