Use as many cheap mill spells as fast as you can to take out your opponents deck! Draw/card cycling/scry makes sure you have plenty of things to keep yourself busy with, and counters/fog bank/bounce give you some extra time. Mind Sculpt , Tome Scour, and Hedron Crab help get your opponents graveyard to 20, officially making Visions of Beyond overpowered. Once thats been played you usually have the supplies to finish the job. Usually wins by turn 5 but with a bit of luck this deck can be stupid quick.

Yeah yeah yeah dimmir would be faster but Glimpse the Unthinkable , Mind Funeral, Breaking, Drowned Catacomb, and Darkslick Shores are too expensive for a primarily casual build to justify spending that to maybe win one turn earlier. Throw in a playset of Dissolve and a bit more bounce with either Cyclonic Rift or Voyage's End and you have a control that actually has a win con.
