Juice up your boys by playing burn, then attack for the finish. Blue spells are useful for stopping your opponent's early game in its tracks and hopefully closing out the game ASAP. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Bolt is pretty obvious, but i'm trying to keep this deck as budget as possible and it is kinda expensive. It'll make it in the deck somewhere down the road in the future.

I used to run a deck quite similar to this, and I used Disperse and/or Unsummon, because you can annihilate most attacks with a simple Gelctrode, Disperse, Gelectrode trigger system. I know it would be changing the idea a bit, but its worth looking at.

YourBoi-tman Monastery Swiftspear is sick but I think I can only run two to keep it in the ~$30 budget. Seems like a good addition.

Why Gelectrode instead of Thermo-Alchemist? I suppose you lose the damage option of creatures but its much easier to remove isnt it?

itstoxin Gelectrode allows you to deal damage to your opponent's creatures as well, allowing you to play more control if you need to remove your opponents threats.
