Sideboard

modification of one of my very first decks, mono-black vampire allies. Here why I chose what I did:

All creatures have some sort of interaction with lifegain, whether it's gaining life directly or gaining an ability whenever life is gained.

Sorin Markov as a late game play, can bring the opponents life down or bring own life up (if needed).

Cremate: card draw

Fatal Push: removal

Grotesque Mutation: for lifelink and aggro-ishness

Inquisition of Kozilek: hand removal

Call to the Netherworld: return key ally pieces to your hand

Sideboard: Drana, Liberator of Malakir additional creature used for more aggressive play if needed

Bond of Agony: use lifegain to insta-burn the opponent?

Appetite for Brains: hand removal for high cmc cards

Trespasser's Cruse: for spammy decks/decks that get creatures out too fast
