One win condition is to use Sentinel Sliver or Seedborn Muse to make sure my slivers are untapped on my opponents turn and then use the ability from Telekinetic Sliver to tap all of my opponents permanents. With some other token generating cards I can generate a psuedo-stasis lock.

I run Belligerent Sliver and Two-Headed Sliver in conjunction with Silent Arbiter So I can attack with my Commander without being blocked. As an added effort, I can get Virulent Sliver to get the 10 poison counters for a quicker win.

I run a few utility cards to search for my creatures or dig deep to get them out. I also include Swiftfoot Boots and Spectra Ward to help protect the very few non-sliver creatures I run. Manabarbs is thrown in due to the fact that I can tap my Slivers for mana instead of lands to put on some consistent pressure.

I run Pulmonic Sliver, Clot Sliver, Crypt Sliver, Darkheart Sliver, Frenetic Sliver and Necrotic Sliver to get value out of or after board wipes or targeted removal if it happens. Although I have Ward Sliver, Sliver Hivelord, Diffusion Sliver and Crystalline Sliver to try to prevent that.

Since it is 5 colors, the mana base includes many of the 5 color lands and near full cycles of both shocks and fetches. Included are a few additional spells which generate or search for mana.

I added Mana Echoes, Training Grounds, Enlightened Tutor, Acidic Sliver, Thorncaster Sliver and Leeching Sliver to the decklist after seeing this deck: EDH? Why Not Slivers?
