I plan to build this deck to play casually at fnm, in my playgroup, we have a rule where we can only play decks that cost less than $100, any help/suggestions that would bring this deck down below that amount would be greatly appreciated.

I want this deck to - obviously - be focused around playing instants or sorceries with good tempo and card advantage to keep ahead, and when ready in late game, it should be able to make big plays, leading to a, hopefully, glorious victory.

The decks i play against vary quite a lot, which is why this deck is not focused towards countering a specific play style, I don't think so anyway.
