Budget Competitive cEDH. I really dont play cEDH, so this is more of a theory deck that I could build out of what I own.

The main wincon of the deck is to get the general out, and either do a copyspell loop to make him infinity big for fling/soul's fire, or to get 1 counter on him then cast Berserk/Rush of Blood to make him leathally big with commander damage. If you get him to a 9/9 and then cast one of those also makes him lethal to fling.

Notably, he is very good with and against counterspells, as he wins most counterspell wars and targeted removal can be double targeted if you fear a counter.

Is missing: OG Duals, most fetches, Battlebond land, free counterspells, tutors.
