General Tazri works as tutor for allies, using deadeye navigator or the blink spells. This help build an army, with rally effects such as indestructible, first strike, lifelink, double strike, trample, protection from colors, +1/+1 counters, and flying. Once your army grows to huge creatures with multiple effects you can overwhelm your opponents, during your combat, and use deadeye navigator and blink spells to trigger rally during your off turns.
Combat can go infinite if you combine Harabaz druid with aggravated assault, (or with enough manna), or combat celebrant with helm of the host.
Side Board: You can also combo infinitely with arcane adaptation, or xenograft and turntimber ranger to give infinite +1/+1 counters, mill out libraries, and destroy all artifacts or creatures.
