My updated U/B list for Dragons of Tarkir. Notable additions are Ultimate Price and Anticipate (this card is absurd) in the main. Encase in Ice out of the side is very nice against Jeskai/Abzan decks where Ultimate Price is very bad. Haven of the Spirit Dragon lets me play a little more aggressive with Silumgar and Ugin, as I can recur them later on. Those three also usually come out for the Murk Lurkers against most aggo decks. Giving Pearl Lake lifelink, even once, is usually the nail in coffin, especially with Vault backup.

Side Note: Always -10 Ugin when you have the chance. His ultimate reads, "Gain a significant amount of life (sometimes half or more of where you're sitting when you hit it), draw SEVEN cards, then put some amount of lands and maybe another wincon on the field." If you weren't in control of that game, you sure as hell are now.
