My newest deck, using Sen Triplets as a way to fight opposing control players or mine the midrange players decks for wincons. It's not meant to be super competitive so I've kept the cost lower than some more serious lists I've seen but I'd still like it to be relatively successful.

If you reorganize the deck to be in the custom categories I have it all kind of broken down into a bunch of categories (even if its kinda all over the place which is why I didn't make it the default). I go by what I call the 30/30/40 rule for EDH. 30 cards that follow your main theme/wincon and 30 cards that enable or work well beside the rest of your deck while not working strictly towards your main goal. Last, 40 mana producing cards be they dorks, rocks or lands. Obviously different decks have different needs but I've found this to be a reliable starting point for making my decks. Cards can fall in multiple categories for example Head Games falls in control by screwing with your opponents hands but can also "enable" your deck when your commander is out by searching for exactly what you need out of an opponents deck (I also play in a pod of four that's been playing for years so we know each others decks really well).

If I'm really honest this is my first time piloting a real control deck so I'd appreciate any insights you all have. Thanks!
