I would probably drop a Fumigate and two Transgress the Mind instead of Kambal, Consul of Allocation unless your meta just doesn't really use noncreatures outside of Declaration in Stone and board wipes and such. But Warping Wail would certainly be good seeing as Declaration in Stone and Radiant Flames are pretty popular right now.

I was about to post in the (Advertise your Standard Deck forum), but I have to say I really can't see anything that needs to be changed with this deck of yours right now, but perhaps that will change in the coming weeks.
