House Markov welcomes you. Beware, lest you join the legions of the undead. Edgar Markov and his legion of vampires are coming for your blood and money.

This is a vampire deck, hence the only currency that House Markov goes after apart from money, is blood. Naturally, as an Heir of the House of Markov, I have included as many Sorins as I could find - or should I say, afford? This deck includes Exquisite Blood and Sign in Blood in order to illustrate the power and emphasis on the importance of blood to vampires as well as ensure I have methods of card draw. With the additional flavour and lore presented by the Crimson Vow set, I have decided to add more Voldaren, Stromkirk and Falkenrath cards to this deck to symbolise the union of the ancient house of Markov and the House of Voldaren.

As with many noble families, they often had enough money to fund their own private army and also expeditions to other countries. Markov Purifier, Markov Baron, Legion Lieutenant, Bloodlord of Vaasgoth, Cemetery Gatekeeper, Regal Bloodlord, Patron of the Vein and several new cards from the new vampire deck were put in to symbolise this kind of power. I have tried out the new upgrades and Charismatic Conqueror really helps to keep my opponents' creatures and artefacts in check. No one wants me to get the tokens, so they slow themselves down! Masquerades are a vampire's bread and butter, so Stensia Masquerade has found its way into the deck together with Sinister Waltz.
