This is a Favorable Winds deck with a flying pirate theme. It uses a lot of cheap flying creatures to gain early board control which it powers up with Favorable Winds and keeps the pressure up by restocking the hand with cards like Curious Obsession and Winged Words .

The only pirate payoff is Dreamcaller Siren which will tap down opponent's creatures at instant speed to close out the game. Mu Yanling, Sky Dancer is in here to give the deck a bit of depth, by taking the edge of any flying blockers the opponent might have or by drawing a lot of cards if the game goes long.
