A Rakdos party without at least 3000 deaths is considered a dull affair.

Main Categories;

Pingers: Bunch of little creatures that can boop your opponent so that you can ensure getting out rakdos and also make stuff a bit cheaper. Bonus points for attaching Basilisk Collar Gorgon Flail or getting out Archetype of Finality . Everyone laughs at a Goblin Fireslinger until it's one shotting everything.

Big fatties: You're playing everything cheap, might as well get some fancy cards;

Hellkite Charger Furyborn Hellkite Moonveil Dragon everyone likes dragons, especially ones let you hit people more and get big with damage

Maga, Traitor to Mortals damage contributes to her x cost mean she can easily end games if you hit someone enough

Ob Nixilis, the Fallen free hurt and counters whenever you play a land, how could you say no to this

Necropolis Regent make everyone stronger when you hit someone,

Reaper from the Abyss yo dawg I heard you like killing things so I'm gonna let you kill things when you kill things

Magmatic Force you get a thunderbolt every turnInferno Titan more thunderbolts!

Myr Battlesphere Artisan of Kozilek Ulamog's Crusher Steel Hellkite, if you're paying mana to get these out, you're doing it wrong.

Kicking out the party crashers:No one likes a party pooper and for rakdos thats that one guy who doesn't like getting lacerated or burned to death. Skullcrack Havoc Festival Sulfuric Vortex Pyrohemia Malignus and the like should sufficient to keep to party thrashing.

Double the damage, double the fun;Curse of Bloodletting Dictate of the Twin Gods Wound Reflection etc to keep the hurt and pressure on.

Making haste: We need to make sure no one's late to the party, Hammer of Purphoros Anger Crimson Mage makes it so that the fun starts as soon as possible.

Utility spells:

Breath of Malfegor the more players, the more fun it gets, makes me I wish i could afford Emrakul, the Aeons Torn

Rakdos Charm for artifact removal and there's always that one guy who likes to play in the graveyard. Bonus points if you play it after an opponent does an infinite token combo.

Soulblast what's more rakdos than killing everything you own and throwing it at your opponents face?

Deathbringer Thoctar there's gonna be lots of things dying

Viashino Heretic this is commander, artifacts are everywhere and this guy's gonna have a field day

Hero of Oxid Ridge prevents all your big fatties from being chump blocked by a Fugitive Wizard

Lyzolda, the Blood Witch converts unneeded creatures into extra cards and damage

Hellrider this whole deck is about turning creatures sideways, this will make it more fun to do so

Weaknesses of this deck;

Red and Black has very few spells that can deal with enchantments, this can be a huge problem against certain decks who like cards like Pacifism or Nettlevine Blight

Non budget picks: If one feels crazy enough to throw more money into this deck then the sideboard would be what to consider;

Blood Crypt Graven Cairns this deck is very color intensive and if you want it to be devastating you cant afford to be struggling for the right colors

Sorin Markov gives more lifegain hate and the ability to control your opponents good good fun times

Rune-Scarred Demon with rakdos out this will pretty much be a demonic tutor on a very very big stick

Urabrask the Hidden more haste and also hates on opponent's haste

Purphoros, God of the Forge 2 damage every time a creature comes in is amazing for this deck

Quietus Spike for more deathtouch and life gain hate

Rain of Gore i really hate lifegain

Savage Beating pretty much a game ender

Olivia Voldaren steal peoples creatures and also works as a pinger that won't die so easilily

Pathrazer of Ulamog Darksteel Colossus other mega creatures you'd be able to cast for free
